· On the basis of Petrus Communications’ legal obligations or in the public interest – Petrus Communications, as any other company, is subject to legal obligations and In some cases the processing of your Personal Data will be necessary for Petrus Communications in order to fulfill these obligations

· we may share event participant contact information with carefully selected and relevant partners including the Global Engineering Deans Council (GEDC), for the purpose of communicating about the GEDC Industry Forum and related initiatives, including responding to requests for assistance.

· you have provided your explicit consent for us to pass data to a named third party;

· we are using a third party purely for the purposes of processing data on our behalf and we have in place a data processing agreement with that third party that fulfills our legal obligations in relation to the use of third party data processors;

· Lodge a complaint – Users have the right to bring a claim before their competent data protection authority.
